SUNBATHING

It’s getting toward the end of Summer.  For many the holidays are over .  Autumn’s approaching and there’s even talk of Christmas already.  You may be feeling tired.  Oh!  What to do!I have the answer.  Sun bathe!

The forecast is for a sunny September.  This makes it a good time to start – to form a new habit.
Every day, starting today, go outside and turn your face to the sun.  Do, of course, close your eyes if it’s bright.  Then feel the sun’s rays entering through the place between your eyebrows – your third eye.  Feel it fill your head.  All the way up to the top of your head.  Your whole skull. Your face.  Then through your throat and neck.  Out through your shoulders, arms and hands.  Down into your chest and all the way down through your spinal column.  Let it fill your tummy, hips and pelvis and all the way through into your legs, your ankles and feet.  Fill your whole body with sunshine.  Golden rays of love and protection, energy and warmth.  It need only take 30 seconds and you will feel great. 
This is something to do all through the year.  Even when you don’t see the sun, you know it’s still there – just tip your face in the direction you think it is – it’s likely you’ll be right.  Try it as an experiment for a week or two.  I know you’ll love it and feel good.
