Spring has Sprung

WOW!   The colours!  The smells!  The birds a-tweetin’ and a-dancin’.    What a glorious
time of the year.  This Spring seems extra specially so.  Do take time to feast on it.  Treat
your senses.  See.  Hear. Touch.  Taste and smell.  Take a little time out each day to fill
up with Spring miracles.  Look and let your eyes feast on what you see.  Listen and
bathe in those sounds.  Touch new growth to meet your own growth.  Gorge
yourself on miracles – and become one yourself.
I hope you had a wonderful Spring/Easter break and ate some yummy Easter eggs.

Of course, though, for some this is not such a joyous time.  When the world seems to

be celebrating, if you are not, Spring can feel depressing, or stressful.  These factors
can feel more isolating.  Or if circumstances are difficult in one way or another what the
season is doing is inconsequential.  If this is how it is for you feel – contact me.   You are
very welcome.

With all best wishes,
Suzanne
